Today is World Kindness Day. Our world needs kindness more than ever-- and we believe the best way to start is with ourselves. Afterall we can only be as kind to others as we are to ourselves and when we're running on empty, we often feel that we have few resources to share. Being kind to and taking care of ourselves is one of the greatest challenges: from the inner critic that can wreak havoc on our ability to trust ourselves and sometimes even like ourselves, to the workaholic who struggles to take space to slow down and recharge. This week is all about challenging you to take baby steps towards practicing self-kindness.
